They don't count the whole word. They just saw c.o.c.k ,whcich, by itself, is bad. They automatically sensored it. They change c.o.c.k to thingy. I can turn it off, if you want. No one seems to be saying it.

Took off all censors.I'll just add them when I see things go wrong. cockroach can now be said correctly instead of thingyroach.
